'Social Security Fairness Act' to head to the House floor

Warren Buffett, Mark Zuckerberg, and congressional members can have SS benefits without penalty to their retirement income. 

Most cops/firefighters/teachers can't, even if they're fully vested through work outside public employment. 

Their benefits-and survivors benefits- will be reduced even if it's a 401K that they might outlive instead of a traditional pension, even when they invested as much toward retirement as their employer, even though billionaires can draw SS benefits when they don't pay withholding after the first 168K they make each year. 

It's wrong.
