Simplifying CPT Compliance


Virtual Academy is directly aligned with OPOTA's online training platform and automates the tracking, documentation, and completion of CPT requirements. Your department gains automatic certification tracking for 2026 requirements (including the new Missing Persons, Communications, and Firearm Safety courses), centralized officer training records, and reporting tools that make compliance audits straightforward.


Easy to Use, Built for the Field

The platform is device-friendly and requires no technical background. Officers can complete training on their own schedule — between shifts, from home, or in the field. Command staff gets a real-time dashboard showing compliance status and individual records, all in one place.
