Law Enforcement 68 Caliber Projectile Munitions Instructor Course

The Summit County Sheriff's Office will host a Law Enforcement 68 Caliber Projectile Munitions Instructor Course on April 28, 2026, at the Summit County Sheriff’s Office Training Center in North Canton, Ohio.

This instructor-level course is designed specifically for law enforcement trainers and agency use-of-force instructorsseeking to build or enhance their agency’s less-lethal capabilities.

This program is not manufacturer specific and provides comprehensive instruction across a variety of .68 caliber launcher platforms and projectile munitions systems currently deployed in the field. Attendees will gain the knowledge and instructional framework necessary to safely train officers in the deployment of 68 caliber impact and chemical payload systems.

Upon completion, attendees will be prepared to implement or enhance 68 caliber munitions training within their agency in accordance with contemporary law enforcement standards and best practices.
