HT OHLEG Reporting v2

Human trafficking knows no bounds — which is why the Attorney General’s Office collects data to better understand where and how it happens. This information helps identify trends and patterns that can be used to stop trafficking and protect victims.

Under Ohio Revised Code 109.66, law enforcement agencies are required to report this data each year through the Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway (OHLEG). Because the reporting process can be confusing, we’ve created a short video to walk agencies through the requirements and answer common questions.

You can watch the video and learn more about the mandatory reporting here.
